I am looking at this saddle (the old worn looking one) on ebay. How does it mount? It doesn't look normal like the other saddle I've attached because it doesn't have a bolt/nut and the collar looks to be fixed in the wrong position?

Will this old saddle work on a bike clamp that is for two rails? Myabe it is just an optical illusion but their seems to be a collar welded between the rails??? Sorry if this is a dumb question, just don't want to buy it if it won't work.

That looks like a double rail Brooks saddle to me. Assuming it is, that's a 7/8" seat piller clamp. Brooks also markets a "seat sandwich" which is a spacer for fitting between the two pairs of rails and a longer anchor bolt for adapting to single bolt micro-adjust seatposts. Regular retail for the seat sandwich is about $15.00.
