Hi, I am a new member. Yesterday I bought a women's Raliegh bicycle at Goodwill for $7.99. I don't know how old it is, but the top bar of the frame is split into two skinnier bars. The frame size is 21" I believe. It is a road bike with what looks like the original wrapping on the handlebars. It's not a 3-speed, it's a 10 or 15 and has the shift levers mounted on the frame.
My question is...I looked on the crank and underside of the frame, and on the front vertical bar (where the badge is) and I can't find the serial number. Can someone give me some insight as to where it might be located? I'd like to figure out the year/model of this bike. If someone tells me where the S/N is, I can post that and perhaps a photo...and maybe then someone could help me out!
