I am 55 really never stopped riding a bike. I used to run and ride a roadbike. About a year and half ago I found an old Schwinn womans bike in somones trash,,I took it home had it up and riding in about an hour.
After that I bought a Schwinn mens Typhoon,,cleaned it,lubed it and had a lot of fun riding it. I rode it even in the winter,,not that far,,,but at least 3 4 times a week unless too much snow. Anyway now i have about 10 middle weight Schwinns lol,,I trade them off and ride daily. The road bike remains in the basement. I have baskets on most of my bikes and ride them to shop for food.

Riding and repairing bikes are my number one activity I enjoy in my life. I try to find others that ride vintage or beach cruisers for group rides but havent had much luck.

So somehow i found this forum, I belong to the Schwinn forum and Classic and antique bike forum.
