Some friends who live in Lower Manhattan (NYC) and thus have access to both the east and west bike paths on Manhattan have expressed a strong desire to get out and ride this summer. Being their bike friend, it's up to me to recommend a ride. The shop I know nearest to them is Gotham (http://togabikes.com/). Gotham doesn't have Trek and I had been thinking of a Trek 7000, which has worked out well over the years for my better half. Any suggestions? Thanks!
