Triathlon - Well tomorrow is the moment of truth

First race in the morning, im really excited. only i have one problem, I seem to have a cramp like a side stitch area that is hanging on since yesterday. it seems to go away toward the end of the day but in the morning it was back again. it hurts a bit if i bend backward to my left side i feel it on my right side. I am hoping this doesnt cause me pain when im racing. other than that I think i am as ready as i could be. i have to remember this is my first event and that it is just for fun. although there is a company pool going as to me and 2 other co workers who will come in first of our group. oh boy.... let the fun begin.

well for my first event it went pretty well i guess. my time ended up 1 hour 3 minutes 51 seconds
i ended up 7th in my age group 35 to 39, and I got 40th place overall out of 130. I learned my run needs work because before the run i was in about 25th place. so now its time to get serious about running. i had an awesome time once i got done being exhausted. :D very very rewarding to do this event. also i was competing between 2 people i work with and beat them both, one by 3 minutes and one by 7 minutes. although i wish they would have been closer to me i was glad to win that because we had an office pool going and no one but me bet on myself. :D so now i had everyone sign their dollars and they hang on my wall under my number.
