Im trying to lose weight. I went from 210lbs to 180-185 lbs in 6 months. But now Im stuck. I count calories and try to eat healthy. How much fat intake is to much per meal or per day?
Im eating 2400 cals per day to reach my "goal of 160 lbs." But Im stuck. :(
Try this site. Lots of info and it's free. Has charts you can add data to and a cal listing under food diary. I log all my food now and track my weight. I am doing 2000/day to get to 175. Was 228, now 206. Life Clinic (https://www.lifeclinic.com/member/login/login.asp)
