eBay...Bensbike usually has some Suzue set=ups for around that range.

I've got a lead on some wheels with 28-hole hubs, should I stay clear of these if I'm going to be riding on the street? or would they be OK ?

depends on how much you weigh. i run a 28 front and a 32 rear, but i'm 5'5" and rollerskate skinny. if yr a big dude, i wouldn't take chances...
