i have been wondering this as well...
i've considered getting cable for the month, just so i could watch OLN. i figured that a month of time warner digital cable, as expensive as it is (i currently have just the broadband internet for $59, the whole package with internet and 300 channels is something like $115), it would be cheaper (and healthier) than if i went to a bar every night in july.

Look for a satellite dish on the roof of your favorite watering hole. Next comes the hard part. Convincing the locals that watching Lance et al is more exciting than the Yankees, Mets or Nascar.

I just ordered direct TV just to watch OLN, I have analog cable but OLN is on digital only.
I live in Brooklyn, anyone who lives close are welcome to watch it with me. I have part time job, only few hours a week so I'm available all day. More people to come, the more fun to watch :).
