Long Distance Competition/Ultracycling, Randonneuring and Endurance Cycling - She did it, she really did it
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Starting small, going big . . . .
My girlfriend did the whole Brevet series (200,300,400 and 600 km) and became a Superrandonneur.
She doesn´t like beeing called a Superrandonneuse.

Congratulations to your girlfriend ... that's how I did my first series. I did the first ride thinking that if it went well, I'd do the next, and next thing I knew, I had completed my 600K.

Congratulations to you both! Well done!
Great photos in the ride report, too.

I can't understand a word of it, but the pix are great! Congratulations to the both of you! Those rides look like they traverse some beautiful areas.

Looks like you were extremely lucky with the weather. The guys up at ARA NordBayern in Osterdorf (DE) have had some awful weather for the 200k and 300k this year.
Congratulations to your girlfriend for doing it, this is quite an achievement! 6000m of climbing in the 600k, that's no small feat.

Congrats - you don't even have to be able to read - the last picture tells the whole story!
Did anyone else notice the gradient of that one climb? Brutal!
