3 weeks after you post it, and I still can't get that masher movie tune out of my head! I can't even see an overpass without Blur's Song 2 screaming in my head. I think my climbing might be improving though

Hehehe, that song gets addictive doesn't it. That guy wasn't going that fast but the way he looked like he was about to have a heart attack and the music sure makes for good inspiration.
If you can grab it off kazaa or something, another good song I've found that gets stuck in my head is night crawler by judas priest. I'm convinced a lot of climbing and for the most part, suffering is mental. If you can get something in your mind to follow and forget about the pain, you can climb faster and longer.
If anyone has any good songs to throw our way, please feel free. :)

No kidding! I added that song to my Trainer CD ... the only way I can get a decent workout in on that thing is if I have songs to scream along to. My wife gets worried about the neighbours, so I have to keep the garage door closed!

G'day,

AC/DC when Bon scott was lead singer...a live version of "whole lotta Rosie" is something to behold, or "problem Child"......infact the whole of the triple album "Bonfire" is loaded on my IPOD for my training pleasure,

cheers,

Hitchy

Damn, onetin, you are freakin' eclectic. But one question: how can you have Morrisey in lieu of the Smiths?

Feeder - Come Back Around
Feeder - Buck Rogers
Nickleback - Learn The Hard Way

Good to get in your head when either climbing or busting out of a turn! I had Nickleback in my head on Sunday's group ride and during the sprint got up to 38.7 mph on the Flightdeck. I was pretty useless after that though :(
