The year is on the hub, the price depends on condition

Full chain guard and rod brakes? Alot.

Yes, look on the rear hubs. There should be a coded date that looks like 65 12 (for December, 1965) or 70 2 (for February, 1970), something like that. If the year is coded in a single digit, that indicates the 1930s when they started making the AW 3-speed hub.
