Hi there,
I'm a long time lurker but new to posting so I think I'd say hello:)
My name is Fiona and we live in Edmonton Alberta. I just got my bike, a specialized Globe City 7 and now we're waiting until July 10th to get my husbands, Specialized Crosstrail Sport.
I'm really excited as this is the first time in a long time that I've had the energy and excitement of getting bikes and spending more time outdoors. For a long time I had a lot of health problems that hindered me from doing much.
I have a 15 day road vacation planned for us next year, from Edmonton to Jasper and then within the next 5-10 years I'd love to bike from Astoria, Oregon down to Brookings (and hopefully back..lol)
To that end I know I will need a better or different bike suitable for long distances so if anyone can shout out some recommends that would be great:)
