I have a Super Champion front 27" clincher rim (someone stole the back one :notamused:) with Normandy hub. There's also an engraving that says "25" and "80".

and

a Weinmann rear alloy 27" clincher rim with Maillard hub. The rim says "415X Alloy" and "RTO- 630 x 15 27 x 1.1/4". Hub has numbers "16" and "88".

Are these wheels worth anything (considering I'm located in the Bay Area)?

As a mismatched set they have minimal value. You can try throwing an ad on CL but dont expect much.

Best bet is to find a bottom end bike with steel rims and upgrade it. Unmatched hurts, but you should be able to recoup some decent value if you buy the steel rim bike right.

They are special to some people. However looking at the photos provided, the rims are not in that great of shape. The hubs look like they are lower end, also. Nothing wrong with that, but that is going to affect the price. Pristine would bring some better money, but prices are down.

By all means try to get more! Start with your local Craigs List.
