I'm going to be looking at a Louison Bobet tomorrow that has Reynolds tubing, Norvex lugs, Simplex dropouts, Campy record rerailleurs, Stronglight Compitition Cranks and headset. He said everything is original. Sounds like a good bike. Anyone have one of these and what is your opinion, does this sound like a more top of the line model?

Sounds like it could be near the top, if not the very top-of-range (Nervex lugs, BTW) since that sounds like the top-drawer stuff and many Louison Bobets were sort of bike-boomish gaspipers.
The good one are good: rumor had it that they were made by Mercier and branded for Gene Portusi (probably spelled wrong) the US importer. I'd expect it to be close to a Mercier 300, which is pretty nice company.
