i will be riding approximately 3 miles per day with a long break in between (to and from school) . I want a bike that will offer high resistance. Is there a particular brand or type of bicycle that can give my legs a decent workout while riding for a short distance?
THANKS

The wheels should be out of true and rubbing against the brakes :innocent: !
