the person on top, her nose is upside down.
if I'm right, her eyes and mouth are also upside down.

Yep. Very tricky. I figured it was perspective so I turned it upside down to see and there it was. The top girls smile is on upside down but we read it as being correct because to us, its still a smile.

EDIT: and her nose has been altered as picked up by AEO.
