I think you could probably add the price of the bike ~ $300 add the Li Ping battery cost, is it Ver 2? about $325 knock off 20% call it $500 asking. Expect to go down.

I wouldn't emphasize the wiring. It looks like you have used the charging connector to hook the battery to the bike to power it. Do you use the same connector for charging and accessing power from the bike? Your video sounded to me like you hooked the 3 pin connector to power the bike. Also you might want to include the Currie battery case in the deal. I have my 24V, 15 AmpHr Ver 2 Ping battery (mostly) in the Currie case on my eZip. That way you can still use the mounts, switch and all.

I've never had a problem with the Ping's BMC cutting out on acceleration. Acceleration is much better than with Lead Acid. The problem may be that you are drawing power from the wrong leads. The battery has three red, black and blue. red with blue are for charging. red with black are for taking power from the battery.

thanks for the info.

Do you use the same connector for charging and accessing power from the bike? yes. a while ago when i got the battery thats what the guys told me to do. now that you mention it, i never really knew why there was 3 wires. im sure if i saw a simple picture/diagram of how the connectors are supposed to connect, i can fix that right up. also, what negative side effects are caused from the way i have it wired? I have the red and black wires connected to the bike, but i also use that for charging.

Also you might want to include the Currie battery case in the dealit didnt come with a case. just the battery.

im not sure what ver my battery is.
