I really need your help here..
my cassette has worn out and I decided to go from a Shimano 105 9sp 11-25, to a Shimano Ultegra 9sp 12-27.
I had no problems removing the lock ring, and I remembered to keep all the sprockets and spacers in the order they were in.
I pulled out the 10 cassette and tarted threading the new sprockets in, making sure the spline is aligned right. When I got to the second to last sprocket I run out of room!!! ?? there was no more room for the last sprockets (has a spacer built in to it.)... How come? what did I do wrong? Should I have used the old spacers from the 105 cassette??
Help please!!
thanks in advance..

Edit:
Never mind! problem solved.. it was the plastic spoke guard that wasn't in place, and didn't let the big sprocket go all the way in..... once I figured it out, everything fell into place perfectly.. closed everything and took it for a spin.. the only adjustment I had to do is to make sure the top pulley on rear derailleur doesn't touch the biggest cogs.. shift like NEW..:)
