I am new to biking, i just got a crappy road bike at a garage sale for $100 to get started. I am biking about 10 miles a day. However, when i get back from riding, my groin area tingles and hurts a little. For the first five miles the discomfort is not so bad but after that it really bothers me.
I bought some nice bike short with interior gel pads and it helped but not enough.
Do you have any recommendation. THANKS
