Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I often wear knee warmers with my bike shorts, but it would be better to have shorts that extend to the top of the calf. Do those exist?

Thanks,

Al

Of course (http://www.excelsports.com/new.asp?page=8&description=Bib+Knickers+Roubaix&vendorCode=ASSOS&major=4&minor=12)

Some even cost less than that.

Yeah, called mid calf or (more commonly) knickers (Brits probably have a different name)... any decent on-line store should have multiple versions available... harder to find in bike stores out of season.

Also go to velowear.com. Good clothing, decent prices, and made here in California.

Why not just cut off some pants to the length you want?

Pearl Izumi and Performance both make knickers that go below your knees.
