Hi all,
Let me tell you alittle about myself and what I am riding for.
I am 26 years old, and a full time active duty member of the US Coast Guard.
I recently got into cycling about 6 months ago and fell in love with it. I decided that riding is free for me (minus of course the repairs) and thought that it would be good to put my riding toward something that will help a good cause.
I needed to get in shape anyways so I took the plunge and signed up for Team in Training with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Intercoastal Waterways Century ride in October
Thier goal is to cure blood cancer.
Since I am at sea 185 days a year, its hard for me to fundraise. I fee like I got a late start on this, but I would apreciate everyones support for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and for me as well. This ride is for everyone who is effected by blood cancer and their familes, and I also doing this ride for me so I know I can do it, and do it again next year.
If you want to help please visit the site below and donate what you can, 1$ is just fine with me.
