These wheels came off a gitane...i was wondering if anyone could tell me what the model of the rims and hubs are and if they are worth anything.

Campy High Flange Nuovo Tipo hubs pre'77. The rims don't ring a bell as original, but those hubs w/tubular rims would have been an option on the Tour de France model. (their next to top model)
