I just get back from Cape Cod, turn on the news and sadness, a Cyclist out on a run with his neighbor was killed by a drifter. THis happened on Rt. 20 in Pompey, Central NY that is a POPULAR route for cyclists, it leads to Cazenovia NY. I didn't know the guy, seems though like a "jolly" fellow who leaves a family behind. WHile it doesn't matter he was a Trooper, it may help leading to some changes in that area and prosecuting those who break the law.
Just a guess, but I bet there was cell phone usage during this accident.
RIP to a man who has served us all in his job and armed forces!
