Foo - Fear and Loathing on the 4th of July

Okay, we've had quite a drought going on for a while, so basically everyone's grass is kindling, just waiting for a well-placed bottle rocket. Earlier, my neighbor who is paranoid schizophrenic and always wears an oxygen tank and a revolver was peaking around my other neighbor's house who was a meth dealer then just disappeared. Whatever reason he had couldn't have been good. Most importantly, over the last couple hours, I have become convinced that a few of my neighbors are firing real guns into the air instead of firecrackers.

Sounds like you have interesting neighbors. Apparently they don't realize that the bullets have to come down somewhere ... or they don't care. Probably the latter.
