Road Cycling - Douglas bikes - Good Bikes?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Has anybody had any experience with these bikes advertised on Colorado Cyclist catalogs?
They seems like good quality and value...like the Douglas Fusion....

They are very good bikes - good frame and components and a solid value. I like the Fusion a friend of mine has w/Ultegra.
One thing - Colorado will put them on sale and discount them substantially when the new models start coming in. The '03 Fusion w/Ultegra was less than $1100 when the '04's came out.

They even TITANIUM bikes with a well assorted gruppos. Anybody first hand experience with the TIs frames?

I've no experience with Douglas but the Fusion looks to be a real nice bike. I keep the catalog out and open to that item just to keep it haunting my wife.....

Bicycling said that for the money, the Douglas Fusion is one of the best deals. I think they are having a sale right now, but not $1100! The Fusion with Dura Ace 10 Speed is going for about $2200 or so.

I just got the Douglas Precision Ti bike equiped with Dura Ace. I got last years model so it was a decent discount. Bike is very sharp. Welds are very clean. Bike rides nice. Overall I think I got a very good deal. I was looking at a high end Italian bike (Pinarello Prince) but decided that wasn't in my budget. I am very happy with my purchase.

If you get the Colorado Cyclist catalogue read the description of the top of the line Douglas Ti and the top of the line Litespeed. No difference. Then check the prices. Big difference.
They have sold a lot of bikes and I have never read about anyone who was disappointed.
