Well I can't use them with my Crank Brothers so I went back to Shimano SPDs on a few of my bikes. My question is which Mountain Bike pedals can I use with Knee Savers? The Shimano is somewhat limited on choices because I need to use a wrench to torque on my Knee Savers.

Suggestions?

I don't have any experience with knee savers, but I have seen the website. Why do they not work with your Crank Brothers?

Many modern pedals can only be tightened from the rear (using a hex wrench); there are no wrench flats on the front of the pedals. Don't ask me why this is... Knee Savers fit between the pedal and the crank, so you need pedals that can be tightened with a standard wrench.

Shimano M520 SPD pedals should work as will Crank Brothers Eggbeater C pedals.

I have Time Alium on my CAAD9 specifically cause I can use the pedal extenders to widen the Q factor. All Time pedals can use a pedal wrench. I actually have found that the Time pedals more comfortable on my foot, wider base to work with, so I am not sitting on the edge of my foot causing pain and numbness.
