SO I found this for 80$ on local ads but It's missing something I think it really needs? heres what the ad says.

Frame damage = move on.

I would base an offer on what the misc parts are worth: wheels, derailleurs, etc. I do not see $80 worth of parts.

If you can get it as a donor for $15, that would be a really nice score! I might give $30 to $40, depending on the condition of the wheels.

Yeah I guess it wouldn't hurt to offer more since it will be taken apart and these parts will go into many bikes thatI sell and make me good moneys, well theres always plan fixe! who needs brakes? lol
