Track Cycling - Aero front wheel suggestions on a moderate budget

I'm looking for a front wheel with good aerodynamics, for dual use between my tri bike and my track rig.
The hed H3/ Specialized trispoke seem to sell beyond my budget on ebay etc. though I'd love something like that. I've heard bad things about the rev-x (flexible & might break?)
I'm looking to spend ~$250 max. Used is fine, and I prefer clinchers because it may be used for some training riding rather than just races.
Any suggestions that might fall within the price range I'm looking at?
Not interested in the fixie hipster's favorite deep V/formula pair ;)

Looks like thats a full wheelset for 300 GBP, around $470 USD, and shipping would be $40 USD
I'd also like to know more than they mention regarding the hubs, etc.
If they're available singly, it looks like a great rear wheel choice for me on my billato made aluminum frame which is branded as a marin team bike. I'd be pretty happy with it as a front too, though I'd prefer a few less spokes.

I saw two of those for 100/each at T-Town a few years ago.

I hope you bought them. It's a great wheel. Not saying it's just the wheel, but I dropped over two seconds the first time I tried it in a kilo. Stiff too.

Yeah, I'd love something like that, especially at $100!!
I think I'm going to go ahead and be picky and wait for a 3 or 4 spoke clincher, and I don't mean a rev-x by 4 spoke.

What about Spinergy RevX? They go for about 250 per wheel, they might be older, but you can sometimes find a good one or set and they are damn aero and pretty lightweight.
