Can anybody recommend a good business time management course/seminar?

I took one that my work sponsored a few years back...wasn't that great. I don't think it was any national type course that would necessarily be the same for you, so I guess that really doesn't help you. It makes me feel better, though, to say it sucked.

Oh...and I haven't taken any myself, but I've had a few co-workers swear by some of the Franklin Covey courses. You might want to check if they have a time management one. They probably do.

I'm bouncing between SkillPath and Franklin Covey. I got a PMP cert a few years ago and I think the material was Franklin Covey. Basically my department got a grant for training related stuff. We decided we want a break from the normal IT related classes.
