I had my bike parked outside of my class at SFSU, came out to find the saddle and seat post missing, for some reason they didn't find the seatpost collar worthy of carrying off so they left that. It's a grey and silver fizik arione and a stock bianchi carbon seatpost, that has had some length cut. Oh man, that sucks! Sorry to hear it. I am guessing it was not a quick release, meaning the thief had and used tools to steal it. Wow.

If caught, the thief needs to be made to walk around with the seat on the seatpost sticking out of somewhere sensitive. Might be time for a Pitlock seatpost collar.
