Introductions - Introducing myself, Reid

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I joined this forum some three years ago but I do not recall ever posting.

Call me "Reid", please? I don't know why I chose then a hide-behind screen name;

perhaps Admin can kindly change "wallhanger" to "Reid Welch"?

I'm very active at Endless Sphere; am member #5 there of some four thousand now.
They tolerate me pretty well, considering how much I yak! Oh, I do have a tendency to
talk too much in too much detail.

Ok, enough for now. I am happy to be here again,
and hope to pose a technical question in a minute or two,
hopefully in the right forum.

Admin, please move or "fix" any goofs that I may make?

change of former content that was here.

THANK YOU ALL, and in particular, to Management,
for altering my username of 2006 (I never posted then),
from "wallhanger" to plain old Reid Welch, my real name.

How decent! Thanks!

Welcome to Bike Forums Reid. Sounds like you'll be a good candidate for the Foo forum. Nothing like quirky, unbridled impatience

YEAH, thanks, wise ones: I am quirky and impulsive,
and that hub has been part-apart for a week.

I want to finish the autopsy, bring it to life again, and RIDE.

THANKS, you guys, for accepting a difficult....flammable...well...anyway:
