Any links for a feed in english?

I can't see anything at work, but I can get around it by having an RSS feed send to my college websites 'dashboard'.

Or is there anything that'll send me an email every 5 minutes or so with updates?

It doesn't seem to be refreshing though. It's still showing me a time stamp of 3:05 even though the live feed is at almost 4.

Ugh.

That's the only RSS feed I could find that isn't twitter.

Yes, if you visit a user's twitter page you can see the RSS logo on the right-hand side
