Just got back into cycling now that kids are old enough to ride seriously. Started cycling in 1974, got into frame building at Proteus in 77 - 78 and had a couple bike shops in early 80's.

Frame and component technology has changed alot in past 20 years so I'm trying to catch up. Please feel free to recommend posts that will enlighten me on new components and frames.
