I recently ordered a new Selle saddle, Pro Vibe 7S Anatomic handlebar and matching stem. I was initially pretty impressed with the speedy receipt of my purchases and the great job that they did on packaging everything.
Unfortunately, these feelings were short lived. Upon unwrapping the Handlebars, I discovered that they shipped me a Round drop bar and not the anatomic that I had ordered. I sent them 2 emails explaining that I was invoiced correctly, but received the incorrect part. I did not receive a reply to either emails sent to them. After discussing the situation with my CC company, I sent the entire order back and disputed the charges in full. Return shipping to the UK from the US wasn't cheap. I am now out nearly $40.00. I would seriously reconsider ordering from Ribble Cycles .CO.UK again!

I've had the same with PBK, you always loose out on postage with on line sellers.
At least Ribble send you new equipment not factory seconds.

Who sent you factory seconds?
The one time I had an issue with a PBK shipment, they sent me a replacement at no cost, and didn't ask me to send the original back.
You should have tried a little harder to resolve this with them before you shipped the order back at your expense.
Expensive lesson.

I have bought many many $ worth of stuff from them mostly without issue.
I had an issue with how they packed some large parts that resulted in some scratches. We worked out a good deal.

My experience with Ribble is that they're not terribly prompt in answering emails. However, the one and only time they messed up, despite their lack of email response to my inquiry, they did make it right with me.
My story: The box arrived looking fine, but upon inspection, a plastic part I ordered was broken. The plastic piece appeared crushed by the other (heavy metal) parts I ordered because the packing/segregation of the parts inside the shipping box appeared inadequate. So I took a couple of pictures and emailed them with a detailed explanation of facts and my conjecture. I heard nothing from them and was fairly annoyed. I soon forgot about this due to work, but a package arrived weeks after I sent my email. This second package contained, you've guessed it, the replacement for the plastic piece that got crushed, no extra charge.
