So I rode 30 miles yesterday and 40 miles today and my pinky and ring? fingers are numb on both hands.
I am riding a trek 7.2 (Hybrid) on roads and a cement bike paths. The road was a little bumpy for a little bit, but not much. I adjusted the seat up a little today and yesterday.
It is bothering me because they are still numb after about 6 hours of not riding.

This is caused by compression of the ulnar nerve in your hands. Two things will help you:
1. Get more supportive grips for the handlebars. I use Ergon's:

2. Get gloves (half-finger) with gel-padding for the ulnar and medial nerves.
This should solve this common problem. I bought a Trek 7.5 FX, so I'm quite familiar with this complaint.

Gloves may help but until you get more of your body weight OFF your wrist the numbness will come right back.

I have the Ergon GP1 installed as standard on my Giant Trans Send. Love these grips. The important thing is to adjust the angle (and height) of the bars so you are putting the least amount of pressure on your hands; wrist straight. With the basics dealt with, then come the gel gloves.
