it makes things a lot easier. but i know scrawny kids that can at least hop sorta high.

I'm scrawny, but I lift. I can hop a decent amount. About 5'7" 130 pounds.

Haha it's alright. I wrestled at 110 at the beginning of March. I weighed about 125 in late April.

just beef up enough for what you want to do. me, i work out twice a week, but thats for sports. I was actually kinda glad when i realized that it was actually helping for bmx hahaha
