I've heard a lot of bi**ing and moaning on BF about the Lance jersey tracker on the bottom of the screen during Versus coverage. The Lance tracker is a great idea. Do you people realize what Lance Armstrong does for worldwide interest in the TDF? Here, check out this google trends: (http://www.google.com/trends?q=tour+de+france)

Notice how 2004/2005 has nearly double the number of queries compared to the post lance years? Its also worth noting that Versus' TDF ratings dropped over 50% in 2006, the year lance left. (http://www.tdfblog.com/2006/07/olns_tour_ratin.html)
Versus would be stupid not to have "Lance Tracker" when half the people are tuning in just to see him.
