Hello, recently got a bike apparently an Italvega Superlight, judging by the somewhat worn decals. It is silver. Campy derailleurs (can't find a name for the type), Equipe Modelo brakes, Zeus crank, Sensin hubs, Matrix rims black, 110 lb tires, Italian pedals (forget name). It appears to be in very good shape with some wear on the decals and some scratches on the frame. Apparently some of the components have been replaced. How can you tell which Campy the derailleurs are? Thank you for any information.

The Superlight's came equipped with a complete Campagnolo Nuovo Record gruppo, which some of the parts like the brake calipers, crank arms/rings recieved a drillium treatment, and a seat post that was shortened and deeply fluted.

The early 70's bikes came with HF Record hubs laced to yellow label Fiamme rims. Cinelli bar/stem and saddle rounded out the build.

Sounds like your bike is missing most of the original parts. Here's a link to a '76 catalog page.

How do you tell which Campy the derailleurs are when they are marked just "Campagnolo"? Thank you.
