Cyclocross - Making cantilvers adjustable?

I'm converting a flat bar bike with cantis to drops. I just realized that drop bar levers often? always? lack barrel adjusters for the cable. Are there levers that provide some form of adjustment? Or can I put an adjuster in the cable path, as I've seen done with gears?

I would use the inline adjusters or a cable stop with a built in adjuster.

You can use inline barrel adjusters. Something like this

I worried about this when I bought my first bike with drop bars and cantilevers. I've found over time that I don't really miss the barrel adjusters that much.

Well, that's encouraging - thanks!

Yeah, you could bring a 10mm wrench with you or whatever it is you need to adjust the brake tightness. I don't have barrel adjusters on my canti-equipped Cross Check. And on my other bikes that have barrel adjusters, I rarely, rarely use them.
