Longest. toughest, coolest, most beautiful, bicycle friendly....throw them all at me.

I also wouldn't mind traveling outside the cities and ride some of the climbs this forum's region has to offer.

Any suggestions?

Head down to Winona. Stop into Adventure Cycle; the guys there will set you off on some climbs :)

In town you can ride up and down the Mississippi River Gorge all day. Ohio Street between Water St. and Dodd Rd is the daddy @ a 'whopping' 400' of vertical. A little further out east is Stage Coach Trail in the Afton area, more of the same. Otherwise, as Nutcase said, you'd best head a bit south.
