Kinda; they're SPD-SL, which means that their cleats use a three-hole bolt pattern commonly found on road-specific bike shoes. If the OP's wife has such shoes, they'd be a good choice.
An alternative for two-bolt SPD-compatible shoes would be some (discontinued) Crank Brothers Quattros. Although they come with three-bolt cleats, the standard two-bolt Crank Brothers cleats will also work. I think I've also seen their Candy pedals come in pink, although they're not shown on the CB website now.

yeah, they have to spd, she already has the shoes, and needs to be able to walk, too.
i remember wellgo used to have some crazy colors, i used to have pair of orange and another white. now all they seem to have is black.

Most of the color (black) on my spds has worn off long ago. If you if the color you want, it probably won't last for long if she actually rides.

spd pedals are invisible under the shoes, so color ought to be irrelevant. But what do I know about a woman's sense of color aesthetics?
