Online at Performance, the Scattante XRL Cross Frame is $250 frame. Sounds like a decent deal. Any reason to NOT look into these? Any idea of how it compares to others? I know, we're talking low end - I'm not talking of comparing it to a Lynskey or Ridley.

I wasn't really looking, but the Bianchi Advantage I built up, while I am enjoying immensly, is a bit on the small side for me and find myself with bit more weight over the front wheel than I'd like.

Thanks for the input.

i have one and like the frame, but i wasn't a fan of the fork -- brake shudder and my brake pads would not clear the fork legs, meaning i couldn't spread them enough to remove the front wheel without deflating the tire. i managed to sell the fork for $70 or so on ebay though, it's nice looking. i replaced it with a fork that can run a disc brake, which is sweet.
