Packing for a move and am cleaning, working on, and folding all the bikes up for transport. To my surprise the Speed TR folded up with all kinds of junk hanging off of it. Coffee mug holder, seat bag, and most surprising was the Ortlieb bar bag. I wouldn't in a million years have thought it would fold. It barely touches and the magnets engage fine.

It's settled. I'm sending this bike in my express shipment rather than the Speed P8.

woah. and btw. Nice dynamo. Are both lights connected to it?

No. Only the front light is connected. Back is stock light on the bike. Battery powered.

Just the stock racks that come on the 2008 Speed TR.

I'm surprised it folded as well. I could fold with one pannier on the outside as well. Might be heavy as heck but this could open up a little longer reach on my mainland Japan rides and train travel.

Just back from a mini tour in Normandy France with my TR, updated rack. It was a peach, will post pix.
