Hi all,

Two weeks ago i brought an "Izip Trailz ST Gents AL 26", as a means of getting around. Last week i went to use it, turned the trottle and nothing happened. After looking all over the bike decided it was the front brakes as they had somehow become almost locked on. After adjusting that, the bike seemed to work again and i put it away for the night. The next day i went to use it, and it does go, however on full battery as soon as the trottle is turned it reads "empty", and the motor doesn't sound right.

Does anyone know what this could be? I'm going to ring the place i brought it from tomorrow. It's a real pain as i brought this bike so that i could move my horse to a further away but cheaper place, and now i'm struggling to find lifts to get there as i don't drive.

Thanks for reading.

I'm no real expert but sounds like the battery may have gone south on you......if you have access to a volt meter I would test the main battery leads when you turn the throttle and get a red light issue.....if you bought it new it would be best to bring it back and let the place you bought it from test it for you....if your bike will be your primary mode of transpo i'd suggest saving up for a spare battery pack also a a backup....good luck
