A friend had this given to him by his Boss and he asked me to take a look at it. Apparently it was pulled from a garage, and hadn't been moved in awhile judging from the dust. For the life of me I can't figure out what this is, or when it was built.

Small framed, and heavy, with a Sach's coaster brake. No stickers or other identifying marks. I included shots of the serial # on the BB.

Thanks guys!

Honestly, judging by that fork crown and the front drop outs, something like a Huffy or a Murray. Department store. The coaster brake may have been a replacement after the kid destroyed the original, I've seen it done to those low end coaster brake hubs.

AMF used to make that type of stuff, also. I had two.

Just to let you know.....I wouldn't trust that dropout setup. That's exactly the type of build that falls apart. One of the ones that I had came apart. It didn't break, the dropout actually came out of the chain stay on the idle side. Be careful.

Looks to be a primitive form of post-natal birth control.

Those dropouts look justlike the ones on a Sears Spaceliner. I forget who actually made them, Sears only sold them.
