Does anyone know what the cheapest bike wheels on the market are? I am in search of ultra cheap 12", 16", and 20" front wheels and 20-26" back wheels. I do not mind buying refurbished if the prices are low.

Try your local bike shop. J&B will have that stuff pretty cheap.

If you scour the neighborhood on trash pick-up day, you will probably be able to find a few useable front wheels. Rears are another story.

I'm kind of embarrassed now. :) I mean, it really should have ocurred to me to look around on trash pickup day, as my Dad is a junkman, and is constantly doing just that. 'Dumpster Diving', he calls it.
