If you had no money or health insurance, how far would you let skin issues go before you see a doctor? If it's not painful or causing immobility, would you still go or would you wait until things got impossibly bad?

if it's not salmonella or leprosy, then it must be gonorrhoea

If your skin has a sticker on it, you're gonna die.

especially if you ate the skin with the sticker still on it

You has this: http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/necrotizing-fasciitis-flesh-eating-bacteria-topic-overview

Better get all your stuff in your will.

(Or it could just be typical dry skin, with which some over the counter lotions are all thats needed. AKA, stop wasting your vasoline on "self love" and put it on your elbows)

Well, if it truly is eczema, I have nothing to worry about. Though I do recommend going to a clinic to find out for certain that is what it is.

More likely, it's the hiv, and you should be scared. UA is a *****. ;)

UA, that is exactly what I got within about a week of going to college (polmphlyx). Another student on my floor (male) had it too- imagine what my mom said when I called and told her I had weird blisters, and so did some other dude :twitchy:

Anyway, the school nurse said that it was likely a combination of stress (moving + starting college), heat & humidity (august in the Midwest). I honestly didn't feel stressed? Could be a climate adjustment, as you're not used to humidity.

If its not bad and really uncomfortable (I only had a few blisters, and it only happened a couple times) try salt soaks and cortisone.

My $0.02 (Canadian!) internet diagnosis is siding with Artifice (regarding the stress) and I'd suggest that maybe you try some Tea Tree Oil. We've used it to take care of warts, insect bites, cuts, toe fungus, etc ... it works on all kinds of stuff.

Please be sure to pay the receptionist on the way out. ;-)
