It's not too early to think about your August and September riding schedule.

I know in years past this has been a relatively popular ride for the BFNICers. Maybe you want to divest yourself of your new racing obsession for a pleasant century instead! This was the first century I did ever and it is a great route with just the right amount of hills and some decent scenery.

Who's interested? I think Smokin' Miles should attempt it on her new fixie!

Mileage isn't posted, but I know there is a metric, century, and probably a 30 miler.

This is my club's ride. For your Madison locals, there was also a call put out for volunteers (sign up through Active.com). You can also run a day shift and ride after. Volunteer, and you get to ride for free! This one features some of your favorite roads of the DLD and HHH.

The Cream City Cycle Century is a GREAT century for anyone who has never done a whole century.

It goes through ever-changing scenery, it's not too hilly, five rest stops (at least the old map I have shows five), and they feed riders at the end.

Yup, century start is 7-8am.

If you run into someone on a Raleigh Marathon (modernized), that's me, say hi!

How different is CCC from Hurmon Hundred? I think I did 50-60 milers on both couple of years ago and trying to decide which one to choose for century this Sunday...

OK, how freaky is this? I think I rode with you all day today in the CCC! I did not make the connection while we were riding - never crossed my mind!

If it was you - great riding - thanks for the pulls. :thumb: As I said during the ride you are an animal!

Oh, smokin the Cream City is great. Lots of long stretches with no stops, scenery, a couple of smallish hills and great rest stops with real food and sandwiches. I still think you could have done CC.

I know you want to do WSC - it's in hill country! You love that.
