Hi everybody im new to this forum and i have a few questions. Dont blame me if i dont know everything because im a newb. I just ride bikes for fun but now im thinking going into bmxing. I'm thirteen years old and I weigh about 120 pounds. Im not looking for a dirt kind but more of a freestyle kind also a bike that could last me few years so i could have time to earn more money for a other biek in case i mess it up. So far my choices for a new bike are Trek Vert 2, Dk eight pack, or a GT 2004 Compe or Performer or Fly.

Out of those three bikes which do you perfer?

I think that i prefer teh Vert 2 or the DK because im not made of money. :D

Thanks for all your replies.

I had a friend that rode an 8 pack for something like 5 years.....after 3 years he broke the seat stays and had them welded back together and kept on riding it....

thats f'n hardcore...he did mod the bike a bit but he was around your size....I would go ahead and suggest that bike as well

haro is pretty good for begginers and the hold up to bad spills and believe me i have had my share of bad spills and my bike has held up fine i run a haro mirra pro series but once you start getting better you can upgrade your parts
