Foo - Foo Proposition #23.4.7.12 subparagraph c

For some time, my friends and members of the Foo congress, we have enjoyed the "rule of thumb" for sex and/or poo by post #10. However, there have been times the "rule of thumb" was not conformed to. That is understandable because it is not Foo law, only a "rule of thumb".

In order to form a more perfect union and four score and 7 poos ago, our Foo forefathers, blah blah blah. Therefore I propose this as Foo LAW.

Proposition #23.4.7.12 subparagraph c.
All posts in the Bikeforums subforum designated as Foo, hereafter referred to as Foo, shall be tainted by reference to sex or poo on or before the 9th reply to said initial post. Punishment shall be meated (pastrami preferably) to the 9th replier if post does not comply and none before have insofar complied. The punishment will be at the discretion of the Foo president.

That is the proposition. If motion carries by 51% or higher vote of the Foo congress then it can be signed in to law by the Foo president (CBadRider at the time of this writing). If CBadRider vetoes this vote, we shall have to have another vote and will only override her veto if we have a 2/3 majority.

Yes. It's only a "rule of thumb" now....and to stave those 2% of cases where it does not happen, we need a law to enforce it.
